Reservations for the HIPAA 16 Summit may also be made online at the Charles Hotel secured website. www.charleshotel.com. Follow these instructions to make your reservation:

• Click on "Are you attending an event"
• Enter Attendee Code "HIPAASummit"
• Click on the dates you wish to stay.
• Click on the room type preferred.
• Click on and enter the complete contact and billing information.
• You should receive an emailed confirmation immediately.

Reservations must be received no later than Tuesday, July 22, 2008. After that cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Individual cancellations will be accepted prior to forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival. If the reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this time, the reservation will be released and one (1) night's subsequent room and tax charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
